Marbella cocktail workshop three drinks and gourmet bites this Friday

An exquisite cocktail workshop is giving Costa del Sol residents a chance to learn some professional tricks while enjoying three signature drinks and enjoying gourmet bites at Higueron Marbella Golf Resort.

Three cocktails on the menu

Higueron Marbella Golf Resort will host the workshop on Friday, September 25, from 6pm until 9pm on its El Mirador Terrace. Guests will be guided by guest barman Todor, who will show participants how to prepare and taste three cocktails during the three-hour experience. Places are limited to 20 people, making this a small group event.

Mezcal Sour, Autumn Negroni and Irish Mule are the drinks planned for the evening. The Mezcal Sour combines mezcal with lime juice and simple syrup, while the Autumn Negroni uses gin, sweet vermouth, Campari and apple cider. Irish whiskey, blackberry liqueur, lime juice and ginger ale make up the Irish Mule, giving guests three very different drinks to work with.

Cocktails served with gourmet bites

Food is also included in the €35 ticket, with three tapas created to go with the drinks. Guests can expect delights such as Gorgonzola and fig toast with honey, a mushroom and Serrano ham montadito, and a small roasted pumpkin soup with curry and crumbled goat cheese.

Todor brings experience in mixology and signature cocktails to the session, with the resort saying he will share professional techniques and some of his cocktail-making knowledge during the workshop.
