Diane Diaz brings 60s, 70s and 80s favourites to Bar La Cascada in Algorfa

Music from three decades will take centre stage at Bar La Cascada in Algorfa when South Wales singer Diane Diaz performs an afternoon of favourites from the 1960s, 70s and 80s.

The live show takes place on Sunday, October 11 at 4:00 PM, bringing together some of the sounds that defined three very different decades of popular music. Tickets cost €5 per person and must be paid for in advance.

Three decades of music take centre stage

Diaz will take audiences on a musical journey beginning with the sounds of the 1960s and continuing through the 1970s and 1980s.

The three decades produced a huge range of popular music, from classic pop and soul to the rise of disco and some of the biggest chart hits of the 1980s.

The Sunday afternoon performance offers local music fans the opportunity to revisit favourites from across the era in a relaxed setting on La Finca.

The performance itself begins at 4:00 PM, with Bar La Cascada opening an hour earlier at 3:00 PM. This will give guests plenty of time to arrive, find their seats and enjoy the surroundings before the live entertainment gets under way.

Live music returns to La Finca terrace

Bar La Cascada reopened under Gilly and Keith in November 2022 and has since become a popular spot on La Finca for live music, cocktails and afternoons in the sunshine.

Its sunny terrace will provide the setting for Diaz’s Sunday performance, combining an afternoon of live entertainment with the outdoor atmosphere of the Algorfa venue.

The October 11 appearance continues the bar’s programme of live music and entertainment for residents and visitors in the area.

Tickets cost €5 in advance

Tickets for the Diane Diaz show cost €5 per person and must be paid for in advance.
