TWO people were rescued by helicopter after their yacht began to sink 40 miles away from Torrox coast.
A friend of one of the people on board called 112 at 8.20pm on Sunday night, and paramedics, the Guardia Civil, Local Police and lifeguards were informed. The two crew members were found clinging to a buoy and part of the six and a half metre vessel and were airlifted to Malaga airport. They were both unharmed by the incident, and only one of the two had slight signs of hypothermia.
