Head to new restaurant Chowka in Marbella

New Indian restaurant Chowka has just opened in Marbella – and it’s sure to be a major hit.

Chef Ravi Deulkar, a rising star in the Modern Indian food movement, offers new and interesting Indian recipes, celebrating the diverse and tasty cuisine that the country has on offer. 

Ravi’s food, which predominantly uses coastal ingredients and local seasonal produce, is healthy and heavily influenced by the traditional recipes and cooking methods found in typical Indian Chowka’s (Mothers’ kitchens).

The chef previously worked at Rasoi, the critically acclaimed Michelin starred and multi-award winning restaurant, and Trishna (2 AA Rosette and recent Michelin star recipient).
