Motril welcomes surge of cruise ships

MOTRIL Local Port Authorities have published this month’s expected cruise ship arrivals.

On Saturday (April 11), it was the luxurious boat ‘Star Clipper,’ sailing from Tangier to Morocco, which brought 170 tourists to the Costa Tropical, and the ‘Corinthian’ arrived at the town on April 13.

The Port Authorities will update the list of all cruise ships confirmed to dock at the town’s port on a monthly basis on the official website http://www.apmotril.com/, so that residents and visitors can enjoy a view of the boats arriving.

The ‘Tere Moana’ is expected to make a stop in the town on April 22 and 28, and the ‘Hamburg’ cruise ship will dock on April 23.
