RUSSIAN tourists visiting the Costa del Sol at the beginning of this year increased by 15 per cent compared to a year beforehand, figures have revealed.Although other areas of Spain had registered fewer Russian visitors in January and February, a report revealed at the MIPS 2015 Marbella International Property Show that more and more are heading to the Malaga coasts in search of sunshine.Improving strength of the Ruble against the Euro and Dollar mean Russians are once again beginning to travel abroad and buyers could soon start looking to invest in the area.Lawyer Ricardo Bocanegra stressed during a talk at the show that the area needs to increase its online presence in order to attract potential buyers.
