Mother attacked and baby snatched in Malaga

A MAN was arrested in Malaga City centre for allegedly attacking his partner and separating her from her baby.
The woman, in her 30s, was attacked on Calle Refino by a man believed to be her partner who hit her and threw her to the ground before walking away with her baby.
Witnesses called the police, and officers arrived at the scene to find her crying with an eight-year-old boy.
The man and uninjured baby were found by the police a short distance away and the child was returned to its mother while the man was arrested for suspected cruelty within the family.
