Work begins on natural gas for La Nucia

NATURAL gas will be available in La Nucia from this September via Cegás Natural Gas.
The facility’s six kilometre network, works for which will commence this week, has cost in the region of €360,000 and will provide more than 1,300 homes and businesses in La Nucia with the benefits of natural gas.
La Nucia’s Mayor Bernabe Cano recently welcomed representatives of Cegás and delegates of the NNPP and Infrastructure Levante at a presentation of the proposed work.
It is anticipated that the installation of natural gas will provide a more efficient source of energy for the town and also allow consumers to save on their energy bills.
