NATIONAL Police officers have arrested eight minors for allegedly vandalising a dozen bus shelters in Malaga City on Halloween.
Investigations have indicated that the teenagers chatted on a Whatsapp group and arranged to go on a destructive spree on Halloween night, with the bus shelters being their main targets. Once the evening rolled around, they allegedly went from one bus stop to another and ransacked the shelters, often shattering the glass in the process using a specialised hammer.
The police have reported that they have now seized the weapon in question.
Overall, eight of the bus shelters were badly damaged, whereas another four were also affected, although the damage was not quite so severe in these cases.
