'HELP GET LEE HOME': Fundraising appeal after sudden death of popular Benidorm entertainer

TRIBUTES are pouring in after the sudden death of Lee Wayne Bench, also known as Scott Bench Taylor, described as one of the Costa Blanca’s finest entertainers.
Now one of his friend’s, Ron Vincent, has launched a £10,000 crowdfunding campaign and asking friends and fans to “dig deep” to help fund Lee’s repatriation to the UK. See link at foot of story…
Lee’s family in the UK want him home to be buried next to his mum.
Ron says: “Weʼre raising £10,000 to Help get Lee home.
“Lee was loved by many of you so can I ask you to dig deep to help fund Lee’s repatriation.
“A number of the bars will also be holding fundraising events. My thoughts are with his family especially his children. God bless you Lee and RIP mate.”
Sharon Bench responded to the fundraising efforts saying: “Thank you everyone so so much I don’t know what to say I’m overwhelmed just want my baby brother back home and you are all making this happen. God bless you all xxxx”
Another friend Stan Gregory said: “I am shocked and saddened by the tragic news of the sudden death of Lee Bench / Scott Bench Taylor one of Benidorm´s finest entertainers and a friend.
“At this point I don’t know any details but send all our love and condolences to all his family and friends. R.I.P Lee x x ”
Carol Guiney said: “So sorry about Scott he was a lovely guy I am still in shock, had the pleasure off meeting him when he started out in Benidorm, he will be missed by everyone RIP Soul Man 😪😪 ”
Paul Bell added: “Seen this lad loads of times. Very talented and raised the bar in every way. So sad to hear he has passed on will be missed in Benidorm that’s for sure xx”
Karen Payton wrote: “Can’t take in what’s happened… Lee was one of the kindest men I have ever had the privilege to meet… Heaven WAS missing an Angel… now he’s home RIP my soul brother xx”
Jayne Elizabeth Holloway said: “Lee was so kind, he helped a community in their time of need, now it’s time to repay him by helping his family to bring him home where he belongs xx Rest peacefully Lee xx
