Investigation into death of 10-month-old baby in Cordoba

AN investigation is underway after a 10-month-old baby was found dead at home in the Huerta de la Reina neighbourhood of Córdoba.

National Police originally arrested the father in connection with the death as part of police protocol; however he was released after questioning.

Police are now exhausting all angles to try to determine the cause of the infant’s death, whilst the body is in the Institute of Legal Medicine (IML) of Cordoba for an autopsy.

The results will be available this week.
