PARTALOA and Arboleas are in the top five in Spain for towns with the highest proportions of foreigners making up their population. With 69 per cent of its registered residents non-Spanish citizens, Partaloa is ranked second in the country, only behind Torre del Burgo in Guadalajara where just 9.3 per cent of its population is Spanish. In Arboleas 66.7 per cent of residents are foreigners.
