Exercise time restrictions lifted in more locations on Spain’s holiday island Mallorca

THE announcement by Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez on Sunday that time slot restrictions on going out for walks and exercise would now be lifted under lockdown Phase one in municipalities with populations of up to 10,000 benefits residents in a good number of Mallorca’s municipalities.
People living in Alaro, Algaida, Ariany, Arta, Banyalbufar, Binissalem, Buger, Bunyola, Campanet, Consell, Costitx, Deia, Escorca, Esporles, Estellencs, Fornalutx, Lloret, Lloseta, Llubi, Mancor, Maria de la Salut, Montuïri, Muro, Petra, Porreres, Puigpunyent, ses Salines, Sant Joan, Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Sencelles, Santa Eugenia, Santa Maria del Cami, Selva, Sineu, Valldemossa and Vilafranca can now get their fresh air and outdoor exercise at any time of day.
The exemption from the exercise time slots according to age previously only applied to municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants.
