Market traders and town hall reach a compromise and mercadillos return to original size

WEEKLY MARKETS: All stalls can now trade, credit: Teulada-Moraira town hall

REPRESENTATIVES of stallholders at the Moraira and Teulada weekly open-air markets asked mayor Rosa Vila to allow all traders to operate in each market.
The mayor, accompanied by General Services councillor Maria Jose Vidal, suggested reducing the size of each stall by 25 per cent to so that distancing requirements could still be maintained, an offer that the stallholders have now accepted.
