BOAT carrying ten migrants arrives on a beach in Spain’s Alicante A small boat with an engine – a patera – arrived on Alicante’s Postiguet beach shortly before 5:30am on Thursday, December 17. Officials didn’t even realise the boat had docked until the National Police happened upon three soaking wet migrants smelling strongly of gasoline walking along the promenade. Shortly afterwards, another four individuals were discovered in the downtown area. Police then located the small boat, which has a 40 horsepower outboard motor, abandoned on the shore. Officials are still looking for the other three migrants who are believed to have travelled with them. ________________________________________________________________________ Thank you for taking the time to read this news article “Boat Carrying Migrants Arrives On Beach In Spain’s Alicante”.
