Ask anyone in Turre where to go for the best curry, and they will likely point you in the direction of Curry Palace. This award-winning Indian restaurant offers an authentic journey through flavour, a real treat for your taste buds. One meal here and you’ll be joining the hordes of locals and regular visitors recommending it to those who haven’t yet had the pleasure.
Bright, welcoming and comfortable dining experience
The restaurant itself is nice and bright, with plenty of open space so the place doesn’t feel cramped even during busy rush hour. The layout is comfortable for both small and larger groups, and the atmosphere stays relaxed even when it is full. It is the kind of place where you can take your time without feeling rushed, which adds to the overall experience.
Classic Indian dishes full of flavour
On my first visit I ordered my usual go-to’s and was not disappointed. The Chicken Tikka was an excellent start to the meal, served sizzling hot, and the Bhuna was overflowing with perfectly cooked prawns. The dish was spicy, as requested, but not to an unbearable extent, adding to the rich flavours rather than smothering them. The seasoning felt balanced, and each dish had its own distinct character rather than everything blending into the same taste.
While the menu does lean into classic Indian dishes, it still feels approachable for both curry lovers and those whp aren’t used to Indian cuisine.
Great value Menu del Día
Curry Palace also offer a Menu del Día. For the very reasonable price of €11.99, order from a small selection of classic Indian dishes for a satisfying, filling lunch. It is a practical option for anyone looking for good value without compromising on flavour or portion size, and it tends to be popular with repeat lunchtime visitors.
Don’t miss out on Curry Palace
Beautifully presented dishes, powerful aromas and flavourful food, eating at Curry Palace will tantalise every single sense. The overall dining experience feels well put together, from arrival through to the final dish.
Curry Palace is open seven days a week from 12.00pm to 4.00pm and 6.00pm to 11.30pm. The restaurant is located on Avenida de Almeria and bookings can be made by Whatsapp at 642 32 27 36.
