I started Happytrailz because I truly believe pets deserve to be treated with patience, kindness, and compassion when they travel. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important trust is when placing your animal in someone else’s care. That understanding is the foundation of everything I do.

From calm surroundings and attentive care to regular updates and personalised attention, I pride myself on offering a luxury VIP service where dedication and trust are paramount.

My passion for animals has been lifelong. I have worked with animals for over 35 years and come from a family deeply connected to animal care. My father and sister were dog groomers, my brother owned a pet shop, and I spent many years working as a trusted pet sitter before taking my Type 2 licence in both the EU and UK to provide professional, fully compliant pet transport services.

One thing that is extremely important to me is that I always travel with a second person. This not only assists with the driving, but also ensures every pet receives constant care, attention, monitoring, and comfort throughout the journey. Having two experienced people onboard means pets are never left without support, reassurance, or supervision, giving owners even greater peace of mind.

This experience has given me not only extensive knowledge of animal care, but also a genuine understanding of how to help pets feel relaxed and secure while travelling. Every animal is different, and I take the time to ensure each journey is tailored to their individual needs.
