A lively dock party at Club de Mar Mallorca has delivered a lasting legacy after raising an impressive €6,065 for charity, with organisers confirming the final proceeds from the popular April event.

Following months of counting donations and finalising the fundraising total, the charity has now officially received a cheque worth more than €6,000, money that will go directly towards supporting less fortunate people across Mallorca.

The event combined live entertainment, music and a strong community spirit, attracting supporters from across the island who came together to enjoy the occasion while raising money for an important cause.

In a message shared after receiving the donation, the charity said it was “humbled and grateful” by the incredible generosity shown by everyone involved.

Huge community effort

Organisers were keen to stress that the success of the fundraiser was a genuine team effort.

They thanked the management of Club de Mar Mallorca for hosting the event and praised the many people who helped make the day possible, including Jeremy Hance, Tafi Henderson and Timmy, alongside numerous sponsors, guest DJs and volunteers.

Everyone who attended the dock party was also recognised for contributing to the final total, whether through donations, raffle entries or simply supporting the event throughout the day.

The organisers said the response once again demonstrated the strength of Mallorca’s charitable community, where businesses, entertainers and residents regularly work together to support worthwhile local causes.

Helping those who need it most

The €6,065 raised will now be put to good use helping people in need across the island, with the charity confirming the funds will benefit members of the local community facing hardship.

While the party itself lasted just one day, organisers said its impact will continue long into the future through the projects and assistance the money will help provide.

The fundraising success also highlights the growing popularity of community-led events in Mallorca, where live music, social gatherings and charity initiatives frequently combine to generate significant donations for local organisations.

For everyone involved, the presentation of the cheque marked the perfect finale to a memorable event, transforming an afternoon of entertainment on the waterfront into meaningful support for those who need it most.

With more than €6,000 now heading back into the community, organisers say the generosity shown by residents, businesses and visitors has once again proved that Mallorca’s charitable spirit is as strong as ever.
