Shop till you drop: Free summer giveaways reward shoppers across the Costa Blanca

Shoppers on the Costa Blanca have even more reason to support local businesses this summer, with two new promotional campaigns offering free gifts to customers. From complimentary car sunshades in Benejuzar to beach essentials at Zenia Boulevard, the initiatives are designed to encourage people to shop locally while rewarding them during the busy holiday season.

Benejuzar offers free car sunshades

Shoppers in Benejuzar can pick up a free car sunshade this summer by supporting local businesses as part of a new campaign launched by the town council.

Running from 22 July until 5 August, or while stocks last, the initiative encourages residents and visitors to spend in the town’s shops, cafes and restaurants during the summer.

Anyone spending at least €10 at a participating business can claim a complimentary car sunshade.

To collect the gift, customers must take their purchase receipt, signed or stamped by the participating business, along with their ID, to Benejuzar Town Hall between 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

The offer is limited to one sunshade per person and receipt, and is available only to adults.

Mayor Vicente Cases said local businesses play an essential role in the life of the town and the campaign is designed to encourage residents to shop locally while recognising those who continue to support neighbourhood businesses.

Commerce councillor Patricia Rodes said participating shops and hospitality businesses have been provided with promotional material to display in their premises and on social media to help spread the word.

The campaign is part of the council’s ongoing efforts to support local businesses and strengthen the town’s economy during the summer season.

Zenia Boulevard launches Summer Promotion

Shoppers at Zenia Boulevard will be able to pick up free summer gifts next month as the shopping centre launches its annual Summer Promotion.

Running from 1 August to 23 August, the campaign offers more than 400 prizes to members of the Zenia Boulevard Loyalty Club who spend at least €50 in the centre’s stores.

Customers who present one or more receipts totalling €50 or more, dated during the promotion period, can claim a prize at the Information Point every day or at the promotional stand on Saturdays between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Participation is limited to one prize per person per day.

The giveaways include waterproof phone pouches, inflatable travel pillows, beach balls, inflatable loungers, paddle bat sets and summer backpacks.

Anyone who is not already a member of the Loyalty Club can join free of charge before taking part in the promotion.

The campaign is designed to reward shoppers during the peak holiday season while encouraging visitors to enjoy the shopping centre’s more than 160 shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Alongside its extensive retail offering, Zenia Boulevard continues to host seasonal events and promotions aimed at creating an enjoyable shopping experience for both local residents and the thousands of holidaymakers visiting the Costa Blanca each summer.
