EasyJet releases millions of Spain flights for summer 2027 – why booking today could save money

Millions of Spain flights now on sale

The airline’s newly released schedule covers travel between 14 June and 26 September 2027, with flights now available to book from airports across Spain.

The programme includes some of the country’s busiest holiday gateways, including Málaga, Alicante, Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Ibiza, Tenerife South and Lanzarote, linking them with destinations throughout the UK and Europe.

For British residents living in Spain, second-home owners and regular holidaymakers, the launch provides the earliest opportunity to secure flights for next summer before demand starts to build.

Whether it’s a family reunion, a long-awaited wedding, a school holiday getaway or simply visiting loved ones, travellers who already know their dates can now lock them in more than ten months in advance.

Are prices really cheaper now?

There’s never a guarantee that today’s fares will be the cheapest available, but this is often when airlines release their lowest-priced seats.

Like most major carriers, EasyJet uses dynamic pricing. Each flight has a limited number of cheaper tickets and, as those sell out, prices usually move into higher fare bands. That means the longer you leave it, particularly for school holidays or weekend departures, the more you’re likely to pay.

A look at EasyJet’s booking system shortly after the summer 2027 release shows there are still plenty of competitively priced seats available, although some of the very cheapest launch fares have already started disappearing on popular routes.

One-way fares include flights from Alicante to Bristol from around £16, Alicante to Edinburgh from around £20, Belfast to Alicante from around £20, while selected Málaga to Bristol departures were available from approximately €23. Prices vary depending on the travel date and availability, and can change throughout the day as bookings are made.

Routes between Spain and London, Liverpool, Bristol, Edinburgh and Belfast remain among the most popular with British travellers, meaning the lowest fares on these services rarely stay available for long.

Who should book now?

Families restricted to school holidays, people travelling for weddings, christenings or milestone birthdays, and anyone who has already agreed annual leave are likely to benefit the most from booking early.

For those with more flexibility, there may still be future promotions or quieter travel dates that work out cheaper. However, waiting also means accepting the risk that flights on your preferred route or departure day could rise significantly in price.

Why it could pay to think ahead

While booking flights almost a year in advance might seem excessive, millions of travellers do exactly that every year, particularly on routes between the UK and Spain.

With household budgets still under pressure, many people are choosing to spread the cost of holidays by booking different elements separately. Securing flights now means accommodation, car hire and travel insurance can all be arranged later, rather than paying for everything at once.
