Fashion fans can enjoy an afternoon of shopping and entertainment while supporting a Costa Blanca children’s charity when Cinderella’s Closet comes to Algorfa next month.

The fashion show and pop-up shop will be held at Algorfa Hotel, Calle Pablo Picasso 1, on Tuesday, September 15, starting at 4:00 PM.

Visitors can expect an interactive fashion show alongside plenty of opportunities to shop, socialise and support a local cause.

Fashion, bargains and afternoon entertainment

As well as the fashion show, Cinderella’s Closet will feature a pop-up shop, homemade bakery stall, raffle and other activities throughout the afternoon.

There will also be a €5 sale rail, offering visitors the chance to hunt down a bargain while helping raise additional money for charity.

The combination of fashion and fundraising provides an opportunity to enjoy an afternoon out while supporting children and young people in the local area.

Tables can be reserved in advance for anyone planning to attend the event.

Supporting children in Elche

Money raised will support ECCH, the Elche Children’s Care Home Charity, a registered charity run entirely by unpaid volunteers.

ECCH was established to provide additional funding for the Baix Vinalopo Children’s Centre in Elche.

While government funding helps cover essential running costs including staff and utilities, the charity raises money for many of the extras that can make a big difference to the children’s everyday lives.

Donations help pay for school books, clothing, after-school activities, training courses, birthday and Christmas presents and trips during the school holidays.

These additional expenses allow the charity to provide opportunities and experiences beyond the essential care provided at the centre.

Helping teenagers prepare for independence

ECCH also supports teenagers aged 16 to 18 as they begin preparing for independent life.

The charity helps with vocational training, course books and equipment, providing practical support that can help young people develop skills and qualifications before they are old enough to leave the home.

The Cinderella’s Closet event will provide another opportunity for Costa Blanca residents to contribute to that work while enjoying fashion, shopping and entertainment in Algorfa.

The event begins at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, September 15, at Algorfa Hotel, Calle Pablo Picasso 1.

Tables can be booked by calling (+34) 966 729 707.
