Those in the Costa Blanca hub of Benidorm should get ready to dust off their platform shoes and dig out the sequins as the Benidorm Disco Festival returns to Spain’s most sun-soaked coastline for four nonstop days of dance floor nostalgia. Taking place at the four-star Gran Hotel Bali from September 16 to 19, this vibrant event gathers music lovers and dance enthusiasts for an unforgettable journey through three decades of iconic tracks.

Four days of retro rhythms and classic anthems

Organised by Discos for Grown Ups, the festival is created specifically for those who love the electrifying energy of classic clubbing without the late-night stress. Running across four high-energy days this September, the event transforms the iconic skyscraper resort into a haven of 70s soul, 80s synth pop, and 90s dance floor classics.

Thematic nights and late-night sets at Gran Hotel Bali

Each evening at the Gran Hotel Bali brings a distinct theme to keep partygoers moving. The festival kicks off outdoors on the hotel terrace with a Fancy Dress Opening Party complete with confetti, light shows, dancers, and full retro dress-up. On subsequent nights, guests can enjoy a poolside Silent Disco White Party where attendees groove under UV lights, as well as live stage shows featuring vocal performances, choreographed dancers, and a full theatrical tribute to dance music culture. For those with energy to spare, late-night Cotton Club sessions keep the music playing past midnight with specialised DJ sets spinning Studio 54 cuts, rare groove, and rave classics.

Daytime activities and flexible ticketing options

Festivalgoers can expect an electric, sunny daytime itinerary filled with beachside brunches, pool parties, dance workshops, and fitness classes. Whether you want to catch a single evening or take in the entire multi-day experience, flexible ticketing options are available. Attendees can choose between single-night tickets, full four-day evening passes, or complete VIP wristbands granting access to every daytime and nighttime celebration on the schedule. Combining Mediterranean sunshine with timeless dance anthems, the Benidorm Disco Festival stands out as one of the region’s premier retro music celebrations.
