Dog lovers can enjoy a full day of four-legged fun when the Little Pod Association holds its Charity Dog Show at El Capitan Sport Center on Sunday, October 25.

The event runs from 10:30 AM until 4:00 PM, with registration opening at 10:30 AM and the first dog show class beginning at midday.

Entry costs €10 per dog, allowing owners to enter as many classes as they wish. Dog Training Costa Blanca will also be involved, while Sunshine FM’s Simon Morton will be compere for the day.

Stalls, food and raffle add to fun

Away from the show ring, visitors can browse stalls offering crafts, gifts, handmade items and tasty treats.

Burgers and hot dogs will be available, while a charity raffle will provide another opportunity to support the fundraising.

The combination of activities means visitors can make a day of the event, whether they are entering a dog in the show or simply coming along to support the charity and enjoy the atmosphere.

Fundraising supports abandoned and unwanted animals

Little Pod Association is a registered animal charity working to help abandoned and unwanted animals. Fundraising events such as the dog show help towards the costs involved in caring for animals while suitable homes are sought.

The event gives owners an opportunity to enjoy a sociable day with their dogs while supporting the charity’s continuing animal welfare work.

Dog show takes place in Punta Prima

The Charity Dog Show takes place at El Capitan Sport Center, Calle Fragata 1, Urb. Punta Prima, 03189 Orihuela Costa.
