Love makes us equal

MORE than 200 people gathered in Plaza Cazard in Almeria to take part in the ‘Big Kiss’ event organized by Colega Almeria on Valentine’s Day.

Colega, the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transsexual Collective, wanted everyone to be able to celebrate Saint Valentine’s, and under the slogan ‘Love makes us equal’ held the event for the fourth year running.

The President of Colega-Almeria, Antonio Ferre, explained that “any person or couple, whatever their sexual orientation, should be free to enjoy this day” which he hopes will become a yearly celebration in Almeria.
