Start a BlogAS soon as your new website is live you should start a blog and post something on it at least once a week in the first 12 months.
It may seem like a huge ordeal now, but you’d be surprised at how easy it gets to write a 350-500 word blog post with practice.
If you aren’t confident in your writing ability or are struggling to come up with topics, you can always outsource this work to start with. The worst thing you could do is launch a blog and then not regularly update it with fresh content.
Don’t expect to see major results fast. However, just like your website, as your blog ages it earns more trust from the search engines and because Google loves fresh content, individual blog posts can start to rank quite quickly for targeted keywords thus increasing your online brand presence and directing targeted traffic back to your site.

Social media marketing takes a lot more time than most companies realize, and it needs a solid strategy to run on. Don’t walk into social media blind and hope you’ll just figure it all out.
If you want your social media marketing efforts to be effective, you need to understand the behavior of your target audience so that you can reach them better.
Take time to really develop your social profiles and connect with your target audience. Learn what kind of content they are looking for, the best time to engage them, sites they spend most of their time on.
