MORE than 15,000 people attended the 16th edition of the ‘Fiesta de la Matanza’ – literally slaughter party – in Ardales (Malaga).
The festival which celebrates typical local produce made after pigs have been slaughtered, has been declared of ‘Provincial Tourist Singularity’.
