DEVA PREMAL and Miten are performing at Trui Teatre, in Palma de Mallorca tomorrow (Friday) at 8.30pm. Their sound is a blend of song, mantra and meditation, transcending musical boundaries bringing together traditional Indian music and modern song writing.
Deva Premal and Miten have released a string of albums with international sales of more than one million, and their concerts receive rave reviews.
Fans include rock icon Cher and His Holiness, The Dalai Lama who, after hearing them perform, exclaimed: “Beautiful music, beautiful!”
This concert is part of their 2012 world tour and is their first visit to Mallorca.
They’re accompanied by the Nepalese Bansuri master Manose and special guest Maneesh de Moor .
An evening in Mallorca certainly not to be missed.
