A COURT in Motril has dismissed the case against a Salobreña teacher who was accused by three students of running into them with his car.
The events occurred in front of the Mediterraneo High School, where students were protesting during the education strike on May 22 this year.
According to the accused, he was just trying to access the school parking lot and did not think the children or their belongings could be harmed.
The judge did not find the teacher’s behaviour to be reprehensible and has also considered that one of the minors may have faked his injuries.
