TWO youths, aged 17 and 19, were arrested in Velez-Malaga charged with larceny.
They allegedly committed the crimes in Velez-Malaga and in other towns of the Axarquia area. They were caught in the centre of the town after they were observed behaving suspiciously on their motorbike.
Local Police stopped and identified the two men and discovered that they were in possession of several sound systems from cars and a GPS tracking device, which were confirmed to have been stolen.The items have now been returned to their owners.
The police also seized a screwdriver and some string which were used to commit the crimes. The National Police are now handling the investigation.
