NESTLE have removed six products from shelves in Spain after tests revealed horse DNA.
A batch supplied by their suppliers Servocar based in Toledo contained more than one per cent. Nestle said they would sue the company for damages and stop buying products from them immediately.
Nestle said the six products that had been removed from shelves in Spain, including Buitoni Completissimo Fusilli carne and La Cocinera Empanadillas de carne, did not pose a food safety issue.
