THE Guardia Civil arrested a man, aged 21, for alleged attempted murder in La Roda de Andalucia (Sevilla).
The investigation began when the Guardia Civil received a call saying that an injured man was seen walking in the street holding an axe.
The axe-man man stated that he had been hit by a car while he was driving a motorbike, and was now seeking revenge.
Officers of the Local Police investigated the incident, and confirmed the axeman’s story.
He had been left with wounds on his face that needed to be stitched, and several bruises all over his body.
The car driver was arrested by the Guardia Civil after a short investigation and charged with attempted murder.
