Santa Cruz re-joins training as Malaga CF gets back to work

Málaga Club de Fútbol returned to training this evening at the Ciudad de Málaga athletics stadium. The session consisted of continuous running of varying intensity, a physical training circuit inside the stadium followed by a mini-match.

Santa Cruz is now back in group training, whilst El Hamdaoui, Weligton and Casado alternated between continuous running, exercising in the gym and various physical exercises under the instruction of physical trainer, Enrique Ruiz.

Flavio, suffering with back problems, was absent from today’s session and has now begun his recovery treatment in Barcelona. Also absent this evening were international players, Antunes, Pawlowski, Sergi Darder and Fabrice.

Reserve team players, Víctor Ruiz and Aarón were in training with the first team today.  The team is back to work tomorrow morning from 10 at the Ciudad de Málaga athletics stadium.
