CALLE UKRAINE: Officially inaugurated in urbanisation Los Balcones

THE Consul General of Ukraine in Barcelona was in Torrevieja to officially inaugurate Calle Ucrania.

He was joined by Mayor Eduardo Dolon and numerous Ukrainian residents who played their national anthem during the re-naming of the street in urbanisation Los Balcones, which was formerly Avenida San Miguel de Salinas. The opening was timed to coincide with the 80^th anniversary of the Holodomor, also known as the Ukrainian Genocide.
