TWO firefighters and a volunteer from Alicante have travelled to the Philippines to help the relief effort following the typhoon disaster. All three men belong to the Active Ecology Group volunteers, an NGO disaster relief and emergency charity which has also helped and contributed to the earthquakes and natural disasters in Haiti and Lorca.
