REAL MADRID has called a board meeting for Monday afternoon, and at 7.30pm the club has plans to hold a press conference in which president Florentino Perez could announce the departure of Carlo Ancelotti as coach.Emilio Butragueno, director of international relations at the club, announced after the final match of the season against Getafe that the future of the Italian would be decided this week.Ancelotti himself said the situation would be clarified between Monday and Tuesday. Meanwhile, the club is sounding out possible replacements, with Rafa Benítez the favourite and Unai Emery also an option as first alternative.
