Path along Cami Vell de Lluc, Mallorca, nears completion

WORK to construct a safe footpath along the Cami Vell de Lluc, which started back in October, is reaching completion.

Funded by Mallorca’s Provincial Council, the works were aimed at providing pedestrians with a safe path and prevent them from walking along the road, which could be dangerous due to heavy traffic.

A walkway, made out of metal and wood, has been placed along the road and above the Comafreda stream.

The work had a budget of €189,291 and is expected to finish by the end of February.
