THE council of Archidona has presented a brochure titled ‘Manual of a good neighbour’ to improve the urban environment of the town.
Town mayor, Francisco Jimenez, Environment councillor, Juan Antonio Lara and other council representatives, presented this brochure which was born following citizens’ requests.
In total, 5,000 will be handed out around homes of the town.
The brochures focus on important aspects suggested by citizens including the optimisation of cleaning works and the issue with owners who do not clean after their pets.
“Now there are no excuses to have an even cleaner town,” said Mr Jimenez.
The brochure reminds all citizens to close rubbish bags and deposit them in the established receptacles and has a list of dates for used furniture collection amongst other information.
