A COURT in Palma has ordered a man to pay a €2,880 fine for not attending a polling station he was called to preside over during the 2014 European elections, saying he had forgotten to do so.The man did not present documents justifying his absence.In addition to the fine, he has been banned from standing in elections for a period of three months.
