Safer beaches with lifeguard on jet ski

A NEW jet ski has been purchased by the Nerja Council to improve the service provided by the town’s beach lifeguard team.
Coasts councillor, Nieves Atencia, explained that this new vehicle includes a stretcher to transport victims as well as helmets and life jackets.
“We will continue working to offer the best service possible and invest in safety to have the best equipped team of professionals,” said Ms Atencia.
