Estepona history provides theme for new murals

A NEW addition to Estepona’s Artistic Murals Route depicting local history has been unveiled.
The work, by local artist Joaquin Aguilera, has been christened Without Memory There is no History and consists of two seven-by-five metre murals on two buildings in the central Solis neighbourhood.
The history of the neighbourhood is the theme with a local street and fishing scene in honour of the fishermen and their families who were moved to the area from El Saladillo at the middle of the last century.
With these stunning new additions, Estepona can now boast a total of 28 murals beautifying its buildings.
