Guardia Civil foil potential kidnapping and murder

OFFICERS of the Guardia Civil working under an investigation named Operación Mollete have arrested two Spanish men in Quintanar de la Orden (Toledo) who were identified as 39-year-old J.B.G.P and 49-year-old S.C.R on November 25.

They were investigated for conspiracy to kidnap, commit sexual assault and the planned murder of a lesbian who had rejected the advances of one of the men, who had previously spent 10 years in prison for sexual assault, advising him that she was a lesbian.

The woman believed herself vulnerable following her refusal of the man and moved to a new location but according to the evidence of the magistrate of local court one and the Kidnapping and Extortion Task force of the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Guardia Civil, the pair intended to murder the woman and bury her in a grave dug in the scrapyard of one of the men.
