A Boy Made of Blocks

THIS debut story is inspired by the author’s relationship and experiences with his own son.

Alex is dad to Sam, his eight-year-old autistic son and although he loves his son he really struggles to connect with him.  The strain of having an autistic child has also had an impact on his marriage and Alex has moved out of the home and in with his friend.

Things start to change when Sam discovers the game Minecraft and it opens up a new world that Alex is able to share with him and they both begin to rediscover themselves… and each other.

Can this broken family reconnect and build a better life? It’s sure to make you laugh, cry and smile.
