A 41-year-old man has been arrested by the Guardia Civil in Valencia after promoting the sale of an elephant’s foot on social media.
After further police investigations, the man was identified and the object for sale was confirmed as an elephant’s foot by the SOIVRE, Official Service of Inspection, Supervision and Regulation of Exports, in Valencia.
The offender has been accused of obstructing the protection of flora and fauna.
