BODY FOUND: Believed to be one of two cousins missing since last week. Credit: A.Sepulveda.
A BODY has been found in the sea off Cala Serena in Felanitx, believed by the Guardia Civil to be one of the two Hungarian cousins who have been missing since last Wednesday (October 23). Forensic checks will be made, however there seems to be little doubt that it is of Mihaly Orosz, as a wallet identifying the man was found on the body. On the day of the incident, witnesses reported that they saw two people being swept away by waves at Cala Esmeralda, south of Cala Serena. Police officers have already been in contact withtheir relatives, warning them that it is very likely that the two people who disappeared at sea were the cousins. Katalin and Mihaly were staying at the Oasis d’Or Hotel in Cala d’Or. They haven’t been seen since last week and had been due to return home to Hungary last Friday (October 25).
