EVERY year, the Government of Gibraltar promotes the Rock to both businesses and politicians in November and this year is no exception.

The Chief Minister and his team spent a week in the UK hosting two special events and making a number of calls to British Government Departments and the World Travel Market exhibition.

This year there was a finance sector lunch as the Guildhall where those attending were charged for their meal and then an evening reception in the Gherkin where 200 specially invited guests were in attendance to hear about future political plans.

He was joined yesterday by the Deputy Chief Minister Dr Joseph Garcia for a meeting of the Joint Ministerial Council on Brexit with UK Ministers and officials to discuss yet again issues relating to a possible No Deal Brexit and the future relationship between the UK and the EU.
