A COURT in Roquetas de Mar has fined a man €120 for hitting someone he thought was recording him on his mobile phone.
The court found he pushed the victim to the floor in a nightspot near the bullring in the early hours of the morning back in October 2018, punching him several times when he was already down.
The victim suffered bruising to his chest, hand and knee.
