A caring wife has created a makeshift Caffè Nero for her husband in their garden, after he admitted he misses going out for coffee during lockdown.
Son Joseph shared a snap of his father in the garden shed on Twitter under a sign which read ‘Caffe Ner’Ome’ similar to the Caffè Nero logo.
It follows the PM placing the UK into coronavirus confinement last night, closing all shops selling non-essential goods.
Joseph said his father has missed “being able to go for coffee with my mother so she’s made him is own Caffè Nero in the garden”.
The post quickly stacked up more than 40,000 likes and 3,000 retweets with the majority praising his mother.
Comments included “I’m seeing so much love right now,” and “Thoughtfulness and grand acts. Winning combo mate”.
