STREET INTERVIEWS: Responses will form basis of Municipal Urban Mobility Plan Photo credit: Joanbanjo
A SPECIALIST company is stopping local residents at random on the street and asking them about their transport habits. Their answers will provide a framework for the future Municipal Urban Mobility Plan that will focus on safety measures, sustainability and regulations for the use of personal mobility vehicles (VMPs), the town hall explained. As interviewers will be requesting details regarding schedules, itineraries and the type of transport used, the town hall announced beforehand that those taking part need not be worried about the personal nature of the questions. “The survey has town hall backing,” municipal sources assured the local population.
