Artful Dodger parents arrested at an Almeria shopping centre

THE parents of two children aged four and 13 used them to shoplift clothes.
After removing the security tags from garments in the Centro Comercial Torrecardenas shopping centre, the mother would give them to the children who took them to their father waiting in his van.
Witnessing the thefts, the Policia Nacional searched the vehicle, discovering clothes valued at €419, and arrested the parents.
The children are now in the care of relatives, police sources revealed.
