La Vega lowers the level of health alert and the entire province of Malaga is already in level 1.
 
Malaga Province has been placed back on level one health alert.
Recently, the health district of La Vega (Antequera) was maintained at level two, but following a meeting of the Territorial Committee for High Impact Public Health Alerts in Malaga on Wednesday, the adjustment was agreed in accordance with latest epidemiological data.
Thus, Malaga and Almeria are the only Andalucian provinces with all of their health districts on level one of the Covid-19 health warning.
In Malaga, the health district of La Vega has an accumulated incidence rate per 100,000 inhabitants of 176.1 in two weeks, down from 302.2 the previous week, indicating that after 14 days at level two, the rate returns to level 1.
The remaining health districts in Malaga Province remain at level 1.
Thus, the Serrania area also has a lower rate than the previous week.
It is at 112.7, down from 163.6 last week.
The rate also decreased in the Axarquia health area, where it is now 95.2 (down from 99.3 seven days ago); and in the Guadalhorce Valley, where it is now 95.2. (184.3 currently compared to 203.5 a week ago).
The province of Malaga is once again at level one health alert. In recent weeks the health district of La Vega (Antequera) was maintained at level two, but after the meeting this Wednesday of the Territorial Committee for High Impact Public Health Alerts in Malaga, the change was decided in accordance with the epedemiological data of the last few days. Thus, Malaga and Almeria are the only Andalucian provinces that have all their health districts in level 1 health alert for Covid-19.
